Monday, 14 May 2012
Lorraine Carroll

There are few places left to join our summer Pilates schedule.

Increase strength, flexibility & feel great!

Join one of our 8 programmes starting between May 28th - 1st June 2012

"I have found these Pilates classes very useful in managing my symptoms, I have much less pain since commencing the Pilates programme."
Mrs P.L. Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin

Posture posture posture!

Why all this talk about posture?

How we carry ourselves is not only a representation of our physical balance but also has dramatic consequences for our self confidence and general feeling of well being.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that increases flexibility, aids muscle tone and improves natural mobility. The focus on core and back strength enhances coordination and balance assisting in the prevention and maintenance of common body ailments.

In our new Pilates studio, our 6-8week programmes are restricted to a maximum of 6 places and are run by our own Pilates instructor, Katie Gill, who is also a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Physiotherapist. Participants are assured to be in safe hands with Katie.

Katie delivers a flexible schedule with classes to suit a range of experience levels, including pregnancy Pilates. Between 28th May - 1st June we have a total of 8 programmes commencing. To view our class schedule visit our Dublin Pilates Schedule on our website.

Spaces are limited and are secured on a first come first served basis.

Secure your place today by calling Tel : 01 283 4303
