What is Pilates?
Physio Pilates is a powerful rehabilitation and body conditioning programme combining the extensive understanding of body biomechanics from the Physiotherapy discipline with the popular exercise routine of Pilates.
Our Physio Pilates classes are restricted to only 6 participants and take complete consideration for individual needs. With the careful consideration and guidance from your instructor we can address your body as a whole, finding an optimum balance for managing aches and pains, preventing injury and sustaining a healthy and pain free body.
